Some polishing and plating jobs do not offer three stage chrome, instead, they offer two stage chrome that skimps on the quality of the wheel.
Typically, when two stage plating is done, the wheel or part peals and blisters. The triple plating job that we offer is a higher quality job and we offer a one year warranty on wheel chroming.

We offer chrome exchanges here at excaliber. All exchanges we do are Harley wheels and parts. All wheels and parts must be 2000 and up. Road King wheels, Fatboy wheels, Pulleys, and Fork Sliders. We do not do Polish Exchanges. Only Chrome!

Warranty Excaliber Inc. offers a one-year warranty on all wheels that we plate. Beginning at the time of reception, the customer has one year to begin their claim. Any procrastination on the part of the claimant may result in rejection of the product. This warranty can also be redeemed by the original owner and may not be transferred to any others. This warranty will be honored only if the wheel is free of defects in the material, is a one-piece cast aluminum wheel, and returned by the original owner. Excaliber agrees to repair at our discretion, without charge to the customer, any plate that is determined to be defective. Repair costs do not include the cost of shipping to Excaliber, instillation, labor, or any other costs than a re-plate of the original wheel in question.
This warranty does not transfer to any subsequent owner(s) of the product.
Product returned for warranty will be rejected for, but not limited to the following:
*Damage caused by shipping.
*Damage caused by neglect.
*Damage caused by improper instillation.
*Damage caused by any chemical, salt, abrasive cleaning fluid, or any abrasive materials.
*Damage caused by an accident, curb damage, theft, or abnormal use.
*Unrealistic ideals of the consumer.
Excaliber reserves the right to reject any claim that is original deemed un-warrantable, is originally damaged, or is a weak casted wheel that is prone to damage.

At Excaliber we started as a chroming and polishing company. At the end of our process, we needed a good hand polish for our final cleaning. We searched all of the over-the-counter polishes on the market and found that nearly all of them left abrasive lines or an oily residue. Finally we decided to formulate the compounds that we had here and make it into liquid form. It worked perfectly and we have used this same formula here for the past 20 years. Now we have decided to bottle it and sell it to the consumer. Our polish is made from the same industrial compounds that we use in our polishing and plating process. It is guaranteed to out perform any of the polishes on the market.
